WhatsApp made an important revelation after the controversy over the new terms, the private chat will not be affected

There is a growing controversy over the terms of use of WhatsApp, which will take effect on February 8, 2021. WhatsApp has also been accused of being the only app in its category that takes the most data from users, but in the midst of all this fuss, WhatsApp has said that private chats will not be affected in the slightest by its new terms of service.
WhatsApp has revealed this through a press release.
 WhatsApp said in its release,
'The new update will make shopping and doing business through WhatsApp much easier than before. Most people today are using WhatsApp as a business app in addition to chatting.
We're updating our Privacy Policy as a secure hosting service for businesses to make it easier for small businesses to reach their customers through WhatsApp. We will also take the help of our parent company Facebook for this.
A WhatsApp spokesperson said the update would not violate users' privacy. The company is still committed to the privacy of its users. The new update is not going to change anything about data sharing between Facebook and WhatsApp.
