NEET 2020 Admit Card Download Now

The National Eligibility Entrance Examination (NEET Exam) has been declared.  The government has released the admission card for the Nit exam.  The government has been going through a lot of upheaval for several days to organize and prevent the exam.  However, the government is not ready to consider the option of postponing the exam.  Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank also told DD News in an interview that there is a lot of pressure on parents and students to take the exam.

 More than 15 lakh students registered

 More than 1.5 million students have filled up the forms for the NEET exam this year, up 4.87 per cent from last year.  In terms of numbers, about 74,000 more students have registered this year than last year.  This time more registrations were held from Jammu and Kashmir than last year.  Despite the internet lockdown in the states, the government introduced offline forms for the convenience of students and created nodal centers.  The highest number of applications was from Maharashtra.

 Social distance will be taken into account

 Full care will be taken of the social distance to protect students from the Corona virus epidemic.  3843 centers have been set up for this.  Earlier a total of 2546 centers were set up.  This will enable one to follow the social distance on the one hand, while helping the students to allocate the center of their choice.

 Demand for postponement of examination

 There has been a demand to postpone the exam for the last several days.  Some students and parents say that taking the exam can harm their health.  An application was also made to the Supreme Court in the matter, but the court refused to ban the examination.  After this it felt like the way to the exam would be cleared.  But this did not happen, the protests continued and many politicians also jumped into it.  West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee and Delhi's Deputy Chief Minister also appealed to the Center to postpone the examination.

 Students will protest from home

 Some students have decided to protest from home over taking the exam.  During the protest, they will show a black flag from home, wear a black bandage on their foreheads, wear a black mask and even blacken their profile picture.  Let us inform you that JEE examination will be held from 1st September, while NEET examination is scheduled to start from 13th September.
