Corona is fatal to people with vitamin D deficiency

Corona is fatal to people with vitamin D deficiency

 - A direct relationship between vitamin D and cytokines was observed

 - Fatal if cytokine overreacts to the immune system

Scientists in the United States have claimed that people with vitamin D deficiency are more likely to be infected with the coronavirus virus than others.  In addition to the US, data from China, France, Germany, Iran, South Korea, Spain and Britain were studied in a study by Northwestern University in the US.

Professor Vadim Beckman and his team of researchers wanted to do comparative research on the world's health care system about the corona virus.  He did not agree with linking Mutudar with Corona to the number of tests and the average life expectancy of the country.

Beckman believed that none of these reasons seemed important.  Although the health care system in northern Italy is considered to have the highest quality in the world, there was also a big difference in the mortality rate of people of the same age.  It also studied the mortality rates of countries that had tested the same corona, which was clearly related to vitamin D deficiency.

There was a direct correlation between vitamin D levels and cytokines.  Cytokines are a group of microscopic proteins that cells use to signal.  This condition can be fatal even if the cytokine immune system overreacts.  In many cases of Cora virus, the patient's death is due to an over reaction of the immune system.

Vitamin D prevents the immune system from overreacting

According to researchers at Northwestern University, vitamin D deficiency has been linked to increased secretion of cytokines.  Increased cytokines not only cause severe damage to the lungs but can also trigger fatal respiratory distress syndrome.  This is how most patients with Covid-12 die.  While the virus itself does not cause much damage to the lungs.  Vitamin D not only keeps the immune system healthy but also prevents it from overreacting.

The largest source of vitamin D is sunlight, which is also found in milk and milk products, as well as in fish.  Thus, according to the scientists of Northwestern University, the way is open for more research in the world on the relationship between vitamin D and Death ratio.
